Workshops 2025 – A Celebration of Creativity and Learning

A Creative Journey – Craft, Painting & Poster Making Workshop
Art is an expression of the soul, and to encourage our students’ artistic talents, we hosted a Craft, Painting & Poster Making Workshop at Aditya Birla Vani Bharati. We were honored to have Ms. Aparajita Ghosh, an eminent painter, actress, anchor, and director, as our esteemed guest. Her valuable insights and guidance helped students explore different techniques and mediums, fostering a deeper appreciation for art.

The Art of Expression – Recitation Workshop
Language and expression are at the heart of communication. Our Recitation Workshop, conducted by Mrs. Saoli Mazumdar, an acclaimed Elocutionist, Director of Pastel Entertainment, Producer of Audio Content & Movie Kathashilpi, offered students an opportunity to refine their oratory skills. Through expert guidance, students learned the nuances of voice modulation, pronunciation, and the art of storytelling.

Sculpting Creativity – Terracotta Workshop
The magic of clay and hands-on artistry came to life in our Terracotta Workshop, led by the renowned sculptor Mr. Dhiren Pal, a President Award winner. Students had the rare chance to work with an expert, learning traditional and modern sculpting techniques, giving shape to their creativity with clay.

Drama & Theatre Workshop – Learning from a Legend
The stage is a powerful medium for storytelling, and to introduce students to the world of theatre, we organized a Drama & Theatre Workshop on 28th March 2025. This exclusive session was conducted by Mr. Debshankar Haldar, a celebrated Bengali actor. Students engaged in improvisation, dialogue delivery, and performance techniques, gaining first-hand experience of the world of acting.

Grace and Rhythm – Classical Dance Workshop
Dance is a powerful form of self-expression, blending tradition with creativity. On 21st March 2025, we conducted a Classical Dance Workshop, featuring Dr. Madhuri Mazumdar, a renowned Kuchipudi dancer, Assistant Professor at Rabindra Bharati University, and an ICCR-empanelled artist. Students immersed themselves in the intricate movements and rich history of Indian classical dance, gaining invaluable lessons from a true maestro.
